DECISION MANAGEMENT

On a daily basis we make decisions, on yearly basis we make decisions if form of new year resolutions. Decision making is an ongoing human endevour which every human that has breath must undertake to move life forward.

Year 2014 just began and am very sure you made decisions to either do or stop doing certain things. This decision was made between you and yourself alone and probably you would have shared with your friends and relatives. The question is have you kept to these decisions?

Its one thing to make a decision and another to manage the decision and see it through. The problem with decisions, is not in making the decision but in managing the decision. There are so many situations were people have made decisions to loose weight but quit after a few weeks and give all forms of excuses why they could not continue.

Decision management is very key to the success of what you set out to achieve. A key part of decision management is time management and in managing your time you have to manage yourself. So, basically its all about leading yourself. Priorities have to be put into consideration in decision management. What are your priorities? Where do you spend much of your time? Where do you channel your energy? What are you thinking 80% of your time?

To make your decision count, relevant and lead to success you have to:

         1.   Check your priority list and be sure that whatever decision you made is top on the list.
         2.   Be sure you spend  time taking action revolving around your decision areas.
         3.   Channel your energy to the right activities
         4.   Think about the right things so that your mind is been feed right to produce the right actions.

Manage yourself well and you will find great peace and success!
