WHAT DO YOU DO BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP?

We have all had a wonderful day running around and trying to make ends meet. Some would say they had a fulfilled day, some will grumble and complain about their office boss and colleagues or business partners. Some went out and never came back to their homes and families.

Just at that point that sleep comes knocking or you say is bed time, what is that last thing you do before you retire for the day? A lot of persons will say pray but how many of us actually remember to pray before sleeping? Well, my focus is on that five minutes or more depending on the individual that you take to look back at the events of the day. Its like a personal appraisal process that tells you how you have fared for the day and if to wake up the next day to do better or maintain were you are.

That idea that will make a change in your life, that break through you have sort after could come at this last five minutes before you go to bed. As much as it seems simple, its an important exercise that should form part of your habits. It helps you look forward to waking up the next morning with a lot of vigor. You fill awake and alive.

I know you are about to go to bed now. Remember to take five minutes to review your day and make a resolve to do better.
