As human beings our behavior and attitude define who we are and there is a common saying that change is the only constant thing in life.
We struggle daily to CHANGE our ways to fit in more to how we want to be. A higher percent of the time we end up not achieving the desired change. This is because we tend to ignore the the CHANGE PROCESS and expect a quick fix to our change plans.
Personal change has a process that must be followed religiously if you must achieve your set goal.
Here are some steps to help you:
VISION: What is your personal vision? Why do you want to wake up daily? What do you want to be remembered for? If you are in the class of those who do not have a big picture of life, there is a problem. Do you wake up with a blank picture of how your day is going to run. there is every need for you to sit down with yourself and carve out a vision of you.
OPEN MIND: You need an open mind to enable you see tomorrow. To set your vision you must see tomorrow. Open your mind and feel free like a bird so you can flow with the change process.
GOALS: What goals have you set for yourself? What do you hope to achieve? How do you hope to achieve it? No matter how beautiful your vision if you do not have set goals you it will be difficult to achieve the change you desire.
TARGET: You have to set timelines when you hope to begin to see effects of the change you have marked out for you.
APPRECIATION: There is every need to appreciate were you are and were you are coming from, this will help you appreciate were you are going and people and situations that have help you on your way to the top.
